Working draft · Applies after a beta invitation is accepted

Submitting a beta application does not guarantee access. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and CrewCut may select participants based on product fit and cohort capacity. The application form states that approved applicants receive an invitation email and 15 GB of complimentary review storage within 24–48 hours after approval.

Early access service

Beta features may change, be interrupted, or be removed as CrewCut is developed. The beta is provided for evaluation. Do not rely on it as the only copy of important work; keep your own backup of videos and other material.

Feedback and content

You keep ownership of your uploads and feedback. You allow CrewCut to use feedback you choose to send to improve the service. The Privacy Notice explains how application and account information is handled. Do not upload confidential, regulated, or sensitive material unless you have confirmed that the beta is suitable for it.

Leaving the beta

You may stop participating by contacting support or closing your account. CrewCut may pause or end beta access for security, misuse, legal, or operational reasons. The beta data retention period and export process must be confirmed before publication; keep a separate copy of material you need.
