Data Processing Addendum
CrewCut v3 is designed for individual accounts and does not currently provide team or enterprise workspaces. This draft is for discussion only and does not create a data-processing agreement unless a separately signed version identifies the parties, processing instructions, security measures, and applicable terms.
If you use a review link to share personal data about another person, you are responsible for having authority to share it and for providing any required notice. Contact CrewCut before using the service for a business workflow that requires a data-processing addendum.
Processing outline for review
- Purpose: store and deliver videos and review comments as instructed by the account holder.
- Data: video and audio content, reviewer comments, names or emails, and technical data described in the Privacy Notice.
- Providers: Supabase, Bunny Stream, Resend, and PostHog; Razorpay processes payment transactions.
- Open terms: legal party names, provider list and locations, security schedule, incident notice, assistance, deletion timelines, and transfer terms require confirmation.
